      Pros

      Growing company that is always changing. Newer headquarters building that is nice and they tend to allow a great work life balance. There is a good culture here for the most part and some really quality people. Good PTO plan and other benefits.

      Cons

      Underpays most positions unless you're in sales or top management. Huge discrepancy in pay compared to comparable companies/jobs.

      Pros

      Great group of people with a strong work ethic. They are customer-focused which is commendable in this day and age. They are strong on service to the customer.

      Cons

      Could work on upper management being more approachable.

      Growth oriented, company recognizes the importance of employees, great employees/co-workers, strong market position, competitive benefits and pay

      Cons

      Lots of opportunities to grow but as a mid-sized company the opportunities aren't necessarily spelled out as they may be in a large company. Some of the opportunities present themselves as business expands.
