Good money, fun people to work with, fun environment (when managers weren't around)

Cons

managers wil chew you out for anything - good luck getting time off, good luck even having one mess up your first day on the job, good luck not being 100% perfect.

Beautiful property, easy to advance if you are a decently hard worker, free lunch, nice coworkers, plenty of hours and a great resume builder

Cons

Some departments need to get it together, lack of teamwork...everybody is looking out for themselves. Disorganized management in some areas, rude clientele in the resort guest wise.
