Pros

Salary is good,people are great. Overall just a great place to work. Bonus payouts have been really spectacular. Going in the right direction, for management to be more open with the members on the floor.

Cons

Not enough time for training new temps or hires, not getting all the correct tools to get the job done properly. Not getting enough input from members, when they want to make a change.

People i work with r great. job is good and u try to do your best.. laugh all the time with people i work with.

Cons

They do not care about employees. The new management team looks down at people and they change policies anytime they want. No raise in 3yrs.

big family,lot of opportunities,a lot of different jobs that you can learn and be signed off,you do not have to have a college degree to get somewhere with this company.

Cons

communication could be a lot better,HR needs to have better knowledge and work more with members, Benefits are decent but I am sure for the size of company Haworth it there is better and cheaper out there
