      Pros

      I feel that Haydon is a progressive place to work, executive level is working hard at being strategic and creating opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Executive team is sometime outdated in their thinking and processes. Change is a very slow process at Haydon.

      Small company, easy to get to know people.

      Cons

      Not the most competitive with pay and benefits. Tries to minimize overhead a little too much. Production is field is slowed by office politics and corporate "motives"
