Haydon has a strong culture that offers mutual support, promotes trust, rewards employee efforts, and ensures that employees know their work is meaningful. Haydon offers many opportunities to encourage employee growth. I started out as a receptionist and was offered an opportunity to work in payroll. Haydon truly cares about their employees and is a wonderful place to work.

Cons

None. I can't think of one thing I am unhappy about at Haydon.

BUILDING DIVISION seams well run. Civil division runs just OK. They do get the job done.

Cons

Civil division, all management personnel kneel to the President.....too many YES men.
