      Small company, easy to get to know people.

      Cons

      Not the most competitive with pay and benefits. Tries to minimize overhead a little too much. Production is field is slowed by office politics and corporate "motives"

      You have to kiss a little in order to get anywhere and have management in your pocket if you do that you got it made.
