Pros
Fun work environment. Flexible schedule. Company encourages team work. There's room for growth opportunity. The fact that company pays for employee only medical plan and Dental plan said so much about this organization. They care for the welfare of their employees. I feel very lucky to be part of this organization who values their employees.
Cons
Like any company communication is always a challenge. For Haydon since not all the employees are in one site this could be a challenge, but the company leader's are working for ways improve this gap.
