      -Family owned company -Relaxed and easy going -Job Security -Great Work environment -Takes pride in their employees and the work they perform -Hayes family takes you in as their own. Close-knit group -Not your typical corporate job...no back stabbing.

      A well known and global company. Thriving industry. Employers are very helpful and available. Rewards self motivated people. Little to no micromanaging. Higher end income with short term and long term bonus opportunities.

      Cons

      Will not be a good fit for someone who needs strong structure. Although employers are available to help, success will come from those who work best on their own.
