      Pros

      Hayes is a very straight forward company. They have consistent and up to date training about their products and services. They are open to suggestions that may help the business be better or for growth. This is a great place for a seasoned sales person, because they are not breathing down your neck. It would be great for a newer sales person as they offer much training in route and territory management.

      Cons

      One con while I was there was that the admin team didn't grow with the sales, this put additional pressure on sales reps including administrative work aND double work having to check on things getting done behind the scenes.

      Family run company. Great support. Great on-boarding. Very accessible management that is open to ideas from employees.

      I am a newer employee and so far there are no cons to report.

      Pros

      A well known and global company. Thriving industry. Employers are very helpful and available. Rewards self motivated people. Little to no micromanaging. Higher end income with short term and long term bonus opportunities.

      Cons

      Will not be a good fit for someone who needs strong structure. Although employers are available to help, success will come from those who work best on their own.
