      It's a great job I love it! Work is expanding and we are in the midst of becoming the top territory in Florida.

      Pros

      You get to be on your own and determine your paycheck. You get perks and commission but helping practices with quality and service is priority. Freedom to sell, and help grow your territory and run your own sub-business.

      Cons

      You have to organize yourself and keep up with a pace that you establish. People make mistakes but it's on your attitude.

      A tough start, but can be a great employment if you stick it out.

      Pros

      Great education on new products. Lots of sales support from management. Company has a good name with its existing customers.

      Cons

      Not alot of hands on training to get started. Webinar training is nice, but is not the same as being in the field selling the products and services.
