Horrible work environment outside the HQ. Love to talk politics (must agree with their views). Micromanaging to the extreme, you do it their way you get in trouble you think outside the box you get in trouble. Certain Manager are unwilling to change and don’t care that customers have issues if they aren’t a massive customer. State were Haynes and they’ll bend to our will. Some female managers are sexist and upfront about it. They also tell you to do more but stay in your lane. Told to never go to upper management with new ideas. Some managers don’t want you to know about all the additional benefits. Have only met a handful of people who they they enjoy working with Haynes as their customer.

Dangerous Dirty work for min benefits. Trash insurance. Very costly. No pension. Very poor management. They back stab each other on a daily basis. Force to work 2 weekends a month and up to 60 extra hours a month.
