      Pros

      Great pay lots of overtime.

      Cons

      They want you to live there. Management wont listen. Stuck in their ways. "Thats how we've always done it" mentality. Salary side is a buddy system. Not the right man for the job. Workers manpower numbers have been low. Lots of forced overtime.

      Understanding when you have an illness and need to be off.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Current employees stay until retirement so you have to wait it out for someone to retire to be ever considered for any higher roles in the corporate office.
