Pros

I CAN'T THINK OF ANY.

Cons

WHERE DO I BEGIN? This is the worst place I have ever worked. No organization, no policies and procedures are in place. This firm is flying by the seat of its pants. If the clients knew how their work was being handled they would take their work else where. High turn over of staff. You have to wear too many hats. The poorly trained administrators are running the show, very poorly I might add. This firm has a bad reputation in the legal world. They will hire employees and they don't show up to work. Poor screening of employees.

Pros

The team in my office that I specifically worked with day-to-day was fantastic!

Cons

The lawyers and department heads act like they are above everyone else. They will bully and harass you into accepting low wages with horrible benefits. And if you ever express how awful the working conditions are for staff members, they’ll try to buy your silence with a slightly higher salary or bonus. The way that a firm’s partners treat and speak to their staff members should be indicative of how awful it is to work there. If you ever accept a job at HB, don’t let the partners speak disrespectfully to you. Because they will if you don’t call them out on it.

Pros

The kindness of individual employees is the greatest asset and helps buffer stress in busy times. Efforts are ongoing to make the environment more progressive. Managing partner is doing a good job communicating important firm new to all members of the organization on a regular basis.

Cons

Firm is conservative fiscally, which provides stability, but salary increases are low and not tied to performance. More paths for advancement are needed in administrative areas to keep employees challenged.
