Company culture is great! Headlight Health truly cares about their mission and employees. Exciting time to be an employee as the company is growing!

Cons

Benefits are currently expensive. However, leadership is working hard on premium cost!

Pros

I have been in this field for about 25 years and have worked in several settings - I was at Talkspace and BetterHelp. This is NOTHING like them - its the exact opposite. The HR team is the best that I have experienced in my career - and that makes all the difference in the world. I am treated with respect by everyone in this organization - when I have a question or concern, I have a voice. Adding the new management team allowed us to continue moving forward. There is integrity and transparency here unlike anything that I have ever experienced in any organization - they truly walk the walk and are passionate about creating something amazing. When they talk about being the employer of choice, they truly mean it. Providers are being held accountable to their contracts - this is how it should be.

Cons

Communication is a work in progress - but it is acknowledged and being worked on every single day.

Pros

This company cares about mental health and tries to meet the need the right way. They work hard to keep clinician caseloads fair and not too large. They are trying to find ways to help us with our daily work load.

Cons

Growing very fast. Some negative employees in our team meetings because they don't like change.
