The culture isn't just a talking point — it shows up in how teams communicate, how feedback is given, and how people treat each other day to day. There's a real sense of shared purpose around expanding access to mental health care, and that mission makes the work feel worthwhile.

Cons

Headway is scaling quickly, which means you'll sometimes be building the plane while flying it. Processes and structure are actively evolving — but that's also what makes it an exciting place to grow. If you enjoy having a hand in shaping how things work, rather than just following a playbook, there's a lot of opportunity here to make a real impact.

Cons

No startup is perfect, this is no exception. We struggle with planning and prioritization, the comms from leadership aren't perfect, but overall the people and the work make up for the pitfalls
