Great, welcoming culture. They really care about their employees and customers/clients. Training is excellent.

While Glassdoor is a great resource for raising concerns, I will always urge current employees to also address them with their supervisor and/or HR. I agree that our team, and your coworkers, are great. There’s no doubt that the amount of dedication each of you puts into your work day-in and day-out makes us successful as a whole. As we continue to grow and expand our teams, knowledge, and processes, I am hoping that you will encounter more positive experiences with us. I am sorry that you feel as though our organization, growth, and communication are not necessarily the greatest. I hope you would agree with me that we are making strides every day to improve these functions within every business unit. Assuming you are still a current employee, you will see that we have invested a significant amount of time in the development and continued education for our team through DevelopU. We sent FAQ out a week or so ago, and we are very excited to kick start growth among our entire employee population – so much so that we are providing paid time for our employees to focus on their learning, as well as 24/7 unlimited access for each and every employee. I understand your frustration about clear communication, whether it be from leadership, coworkers, or even members and clients. I want you to know that we are actively working on improving our skills and our training. Pros

The staff is really well organized and you pick and choose which days you want to work. The pay is good and you also get reimbursed for mileage and hotel stay if needed. Also if they need you last minute they will also pay for your plane tickets and meals. Best company ever.

Cons

The holiday season there is not much work because you mainly work with corporate companies and they are most likely taking a vacation. Also it takes 30 days to receive payment of each day you worked but at the same time that can be a good thing if you think about it. Probably not too good if you don't have no other means of income and it's your first month but afterwards it is so worth it.
