Pros

None that are worth noting

Cons

A culture of fear that starts at the top and trickles down. Every department is ready to throw others under the bus to avoid blame. Unrealistic timelines are set for initiatives and you’re told to make it work, even when it’s impossible. Way too high of stress for pay that’s far below market rate. The “leaders” are unprofessional and cruel to employees. There’s no winning with them. Benefits are terrible also. Don’t waste your time at this company.

Pros

My team is friendly and kind.

Cons

Its all about money for the company. Everyone has the same gripe overworked and low salaries. Reviews are due in January yet raises don't come until September or later. Everyone is looking for something better and I've watched so many good people quit and they would rather spend all that money to retrain over and over rather then just pay the existing people their worth. It's sad and our CEO is a joke.

Pros

Remote work PTO is decent after a few years

Cons

It’s hard to find the words for the many cons of working here. Every employee is treated as completely and totally disposable (however, good luck finding replacements. When someone leaves or is let go, they have not been able to hire new staff to make up the difference). You are micromanaged down to the minutes. There is not even a half of the staff that there should be for the call volume and people call out in droves every day for the sake of their mental health to avoid management and the call queue. You have to ask your managers if you can go on break to use the bathroom in your own home. There are a lot of good employees here and they do not care about advancing or retaining them. They’d rather hire people that will only stick around for a few months before moving on to something less horrible.
