Pros

Benefits were okay and the Plymouth meeting campus is very nice.

Cons

The training was minimal and it was very apparent that they needed warm bodies to keep the queue down. Turnover is high and supervisors are largely absent. The work isn't particularly complicated, but it is tedious working on Provider Locator cases that are hyper specific. Day to day you'll be spending hours on provider websites and on the phone with offices.
