Good Benefits, positive management, remote work, guilt-free and encouraged PTO, flexible schedule, and chances to earn more through overtime.

Cons

the salary I feel should be higher. Difficult to meet production standards. Will be constantly hearing about production not being met by the team in emails and weekly individual meetings with the same advice to raise production over and over. Expectations are difficult to meet consistently. Talking to rude people on the phone. You will be on the phone all day trying to find specific providers. 60-70 calls per day.
