      Sometimes too mcuh work and life/work balance can be challenging. If you are salaried, expectation is to work more than 8 hrs per day.

      My work-life balance has been amazing since working here. Everyone in management is helpful, kind, and patient. Goals and expectations are often clearly understood. There are a lot of resources you can refer to when you are doing your job. This is a job that I enjoy a lot.

      Pay could be a bit better.
