Nice Co-Workers Awesome Supervisor Helping People

Cons

Recently did reviews and many no merit increase because it was solely based on metrics. Upper management CHANGED supervisors review comments and lowered their scores.Case loads not evenly distributed.Director over claims micromanagement. Oh and merit reviews were a surprise....

You leave your work at work, generous PTO, fair wage if you are able to negotiate for it.

Cons

Highly negative work environment. Lack of innovation. Sales will sell product impossible to deliver. Managers will report other department's employees for minor inconsequential activities such as talking to coworkers. Lack of clear focus of company. Head of call center regularly seen screaming at other heads of departments in her office.
