- You get to work, learn and collaborate with top tier RCM industry leaders. - Company is growing, there is upcoming opportunities for professional growth and advancement. - Company encourages participation in areas outside of your expertise / dept. - Leadership pushes you outside of your comfort zones and challenge you to ultimately build your skills and knowledge. - Hard work and dedication is rewarded. - Positions are not handed out based solely on degrees and experience. They are earned based on : quality of work, knowledge, innovation, hard work and dedication. - Great training program for entry level positions, including assistance in becoming a CRSS (Certified Recovery Support Specialist) - Great collaborate and knowledgeable team members always willing to help
Cons
- Fast Paced Environment ( for some this may be con, personally I enjoy the challenge) - Leadership / Management / Supervisor Roles : Do not expect to have someone hold you hand the entire time. This company does not baby anyone, you are hired to bring your skills, drive, knowledge and experience to your role. Additionally expect to occasionally work more than the 9-5 hours especially during special projects / requirements. Like I stated above all your hard work is rewarded and does not go unnoticed. - A lot of information will be thrown at you at once - if you do not thrive in a high performing environment then this can be a con.
