I really appreciate your support and to hear of your positive experiences with the culture, the benefits, and with sharing feedback, and with our DE&I efforts. I also appreciate your feedback about internal dynamics and promotion-dynamics -- we'll try to ensure we use a full set of performance criteria in the promotion process, not just presentation skills.
