Thank you for your review and for your contributions as a Business Analysts these past 5+ years! I'm glad to hear of the positives you've experienced with management/leadership, benefits and great teammates. I also appreciate your constructive feedback around areas where we can improve -- including career growth, and better M&A integration. We do have more work to do in both of these areas, and we're striving to learn from prior missteps and continuously improve, while also finding a sustainable "pace" of strategic acquisition. I do believe that we can be a long-term consolidator, particularly at the apps layer, and that this role of consolidation will continue to be warmly received by our clients and will lead to further growth opportunities, including career growth. But we must pace ourselves and do great integration work in each case in order for this strategy to be effective. We'll keep working on it! Best, Dan
