Although the support of DE&I groups is there, when pushback from employees surrounding the these groups happens there is not enough public comment from leadership!

Health Care is hard! In general, they are late adopters of technology and red-tape make things difficult.

I’ve been a Health Catalyst team member for 2 1/2 years and I’m incredibly thankful to be apart of this wonderful company. The CEO is the kindest man who continually exhibits meaningful core principles and values that anyone would want to work with. The generosity and compensation package is beyond what I have been offered in 20 plus years of my career. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow professionally and contribute to the success of this company and the growth in years to come.
