Thanks for your review. First, I am glad to hear that we are living up to our operating principles and cultural attributes so you can have a balanced work-life and feel valued. I agree that market realities have been difficult. We have needed to make strategic adjustments that rely on building strong and deep partnerships with our clients that does include significant recent growth in services like tech-enabled-managed-services (TEMS). While we’re grateful to see this significant growth with clients, and we and they recognize the strong ROI and value proposition of these solutions, there is always a “T” in TEMS, and we will continue to need to be differentiated in our technology offerings in order to achieve our mission. We will discuss the dual importance of both our technology and our services to our overall company strategy, including with each of our three key stakeholders, such that I hope you’ll find a bright future ahead for you at Health Catalyst as a software engineer.
