Thank you for this review and feedback -- and I appreciate the specifics of your experience and acknowledge that you have experienced some elements of required shared sacrifice that have helped us work through this pandemic situation, including delays/freezes in salary increases and in companywide bonuses likely impacted by the pandemic. I'm thankful to be your teammate and colleague, and appreciative of the work you do each day in support of our mission.
