I am thankful to be part of a transparent and inclusive company. Our leadership including our department leadership, has been engaged and frequently provided recognition and appreciation. Although the pandemic has brought uncertainty for the company and for our department, I appreciate that instead of furloughs or layoffs, they opted to cut 401K matches instead. In my opinion, this demonstrated their commitment to their employees. Health Catalyst makes my work life easier by allowing employees to work remotely. They also offer flexible PTO, along with flexible hours. This has been extremely helpful for our family because of virtual learning, due to the pandemic.

I have joined HC about 10 months. This is a great environment to work in and great team members to work with. I am very lucky to have the manager and supervisor who are very professional and understanding. hey have been around me when I need help to improve my productivity as well as my quality on the abstracts I work on everyday.
