I have been working at Health Catalyst since nine months now and love it! - Company is growing since I joined with many additional partnerships which is great - C-Suite provides regular updates, communication and continually encourages each and every team member to share new ideas and help grow professionally and personally - Dan Burton (CEO) provides open and transparent communication for the company and encourages to maintain work-life balance which really creates a positive environment within team members to go above and beyond. - People operations team is fantastic and respond to our needs immediately and is always ready to support - I have worked for few other companies big and small and am grateful to work for health catalyst for its open and honest communication, transparency, humility, and its values. My immediate supervisor is great to work with and is always supporting to my needs and encourages for my professional growth.

They are fantastic at accommodating a flexible schedule, especially during this ongoing pandemic. They help encourage employees’ self-care and emotional health. Management is logical and analytical with their decisions yet remain very compassionate. They help foster a sense of community and encourage us to help better the lives of others. They go out of their way to be as transparent as possible, especially considering we’re a public company now. My teammates are a fantastic group to work with and I am grateful for every day I have with them and this company.
