      Pros

      1. Excellent culture - company cultural attributes, operating principles and the mission are alive ... leadership and team members talk about it and strive to live and become by them ... perfect? Nope, but show me a company/person who is. 2. Benefits and balance - generous 3. CEO- the man is a stud ... he actually cares about every team member, is humble and strives to listen and be better every day ... and is transparent, good communicator. It feels like he's in "your corner" and is fair. From my experience, I find this unique. 4. The mission - what we do ... and have been able to achieve in the health care realm is of great benefit to the patients and providers giving and receiving care

      Cons

      1. Growing pains - this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone as it's part of any maturing process ... I am hoping to see additional training rolled out so that I am better able to perform my duties to add great value to the client and company.

      Great company with great values

      Pros

      *Great people at all levels of the company that make every-day work pleasant. I feel the company prioritizes hiring people that fit the great company culture. *Great values not only emphasized by leadership but also supported through what is actually prioritized by company funds. These values include respect and care for the individual, work/life balance, excellence in our client offerings, improvement in healthcare, and integrity in our client relationships. *Great benefits offered *Health Catalyst is not perfect, but I do think it is about as good as it gets when working for a company.

      Cons

      *Health Catalyst goes through the same challenges as other growing companies that mature from start-up to public company, which is expected. One example is keeping up with hiring enough technical resources to keep up with client demand for a growing company.

You occupy such a critical client-facing role, often as the primary face of Health Catalyst to our clients. Your work is critical, and it is sincerely appreciated and it makes a difference. I agree with your constructive feedback and advice as well -- we need to do a good job of keeping up with demand from a hiring perspective, and we got a little behind earlier this year, which caused some extra load on existing team members. I apologize for this. I also appreciate the constant need for balance between short-term performance and long-term focus on client success and team member engagement. I appreciate our bonus structure encouraging us to never lose sight of both short-term and longer-term goals in that regard. I'm thrilled we can keep the same companywide bonus framework moving forward, including for this specific reason -- that it helps us keep this balanced point of view.
