I have been involved in so many different facets of our company, in product development, marketing, and implementation... with current and prospective clients. Those were all of great interest to me in fulfilling career goals. All employees are evaluated in part based on the sales of the company, so there is alignment between company and individual goals. Leadership has been very transparent consistently, and they set a great example and direction for employees to follow. Those in senior leadership demonstrate highly effective attributes and continually manifest a keen awareness of the needs of shareholders, of clients, and of employees. There is so much freedom to innovate and contribute to product design and customer value. We have innovation time set aside. Leadership "walks the talk" to the extent possible. This is much appreciated. Processes across the company, such as in new hire onboarding or partnering with clients, are being strengthened continually.

I'm surrounded by smart people every day that are not only brilliant, but a pleasure to work with. I don't feel micro managed and feel empowered to accomplish my responsibilities. I feel that Health Catalyst's hiring principle of hiring smart, humble, and hard working team members has been a great success. I love the transparency of Health Catalyst.
