Pros

I have been employed with Health Catalyst for less than a year. The leadership team is like one I have never experienced. They consistently stress the importance of work life balance, never pressuring to prioritize work above family or personal needs. They truly welcome feedback without the fear of retribution, continually encouraging team members to share any concerns they may have, with the option to do so anonymously. I appreciate the transparency that is shown to their employees, especially via the bi-weekly virtual meetings lead by the leadership team. During the challenging times of COVID-19, Health Catalyst’s priority was to not eliminate any positions and found other temporary avenues to save money for the company during the unexpected economic strain. The compensation and benefits are also very generous. Having such flexible PTO and not feeling micro-managed is a comforting feeling.

Cons

There really are not many cons, in my opinion. Onboarding was very overwhelming and too extensive. It would have beneficial to have better IT support in the early stages of our team’s transition. Sometimes there are so many moving parts and changes occurring, it can be a bit overwhelming.
