      Pros

      Leadership is transparent in communication about all aspects of the company. Caring, compassion and empathy are a part of healthcare but is not always extended to employees/providers. HC management truly values and cares about all team members. This culture is evident in all interactions. Outstanding benefits!

      Cons

      Technology has been a struggle since transitioning to HC equipment. VM issues have been challenging.

      Great company and leaders!

      Pros

      It is refreshing to work for a company whose leaders walk the walk, and truly live the mission of the company. They are focused on the employees and making the environment as positive as possible, promoting education and learning, practicing humility and performing at a world-class level. They critically look at their strengths and weaknesses.

      Cons

      The company has very generous benefits, and it is painful to hear the whining that is allowed about the reduction of a few benefits. I understand it's important to hear people's voices, but addressing and allowing the whining/sense of entitlement should be called out.
