Thank you for this review and feedback -- and I appreciate the specifics of your experience and acknowledge that you have experienced some elements of required shared sacrifice that have helped us work through this pandemic situation, including delays/freezes in salary increases and in companywide bonuses likely impacted by the pandemic.
