Pros

Love that leadership is transparent in their communication with employees. They truly care about their employees and it shows. Also appreciate the added perks - office reimbursement, holiday time off etc.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that I have a medical background and not a technical one. The initial computer roll out was challenging.

Pros

I have been with HC for less than a year and my experiences so far have been entirely positive. From the Human Resource department to the management team, and all the way up through the top leaders in the company, each and every interaction has been positive. I felt like the company I work for really cares about me not only as an employee, but more importantly as a person. They also value your work/life balance. You feel valued and appreciated for the work you are doing and it feels like everyone is working as a team for the betterment of our customers.
