      Great benefits Good pay Very flexible PTO time Transparent communication about the company direction & changes Seeks feedback to promote positive change

      Cons

      The company is growing fast and as a result has hired rather large groups of employees. at a time. This created a bit of mess with on boarding and getting computer equipment. Despite that I was impressed at how they actively seek feedback for improvements and care about making it better for future new hires.

      The Health Catalyst management team values their employees. The Health Catalyst culture is evident throughout the company. I was extremely impressed with HAS 2020.
