5yThank you for your review and feedback, and for your contributions to the company's success! I'm grateful to be your colleague and teammate, and I appreciate also your suggestions about ways we can get better. As you know, I've NEVER been accused of being "hip" but we can rely on others to help us find some of these new and innovative practices that are mission-consistent and that enable high team member engagement. I'm excited about our new office design and associated approach (which I believe will be much more up-to-date/hip precisely because of the great team involved in its design -- a team which included minimal involvement by myself other than with a few decisions that felt important to reinforce principles like servant-leadership -- smaller offices, in the interior of the building to preserve natural light and views for as many team members as possible, which were needed changes from our current office design).
I would also reinforce and share my appreciation for your role and contributions to our company. In so many instances due to your role you are the face of Health Catalyst -- the first person people see when they come to visit our company. I'm grateful for the fantastic representation of our company that you provide, and am excited to see many ways you will contribute to our success in the months and years ahead. Happy Holidays!
