I’m encouraged to hear that aspects of your experience, such as our compensation practices, tuition reimbursement, and severance support, were meaningful to you. At the same time, I want to directly address the concerns you raised, especially around job security and the timing of your departure. I know that receiving news about your role ending on short notice was incredibly difficult, and I want to sincerely acknowledge the weight of that experience.
