The culture is phenomenal! All employees are treated with respect and are encouraged to be hard working and humble, which the leadership team truly exemplifies. Everyone is encouraged to take an ownership approach to problem resolution to ensure the all are successful.

Cons

Not really a con...growing rapidly and the organization is handling it very well. Anyone working at Health Catalyst, or hoping to work, needs to be flexible and adaptable to the rapid changes taking place.

Pros

- Almost everyone here lives by the company culture of being smart, hard working, and humble. - Health Catalyst encourages everyone that they work to live, not live to work - Their benefits are amazingly good. PTO through the roof, health/fitness reimbursements, team building exercises, quarterly company dinners/events

Cons

- Exponentially growing company is great, but a little might lose the nice small company feel where everybody knows everyone.

Very nice people from the CEO down to the newest person hired. Everybody stopped by to say hi and introduced themselves to me. Workers are really smart, and hard-working yet they are the humblest group of workers! The company has so much potential. The company has genuinely shown to me that they really do care of their employees!!! I love it!

No cons seen, all positive experience for me!
