9yThank you for the very nice write up! I agree that the pace of change can feel slow some times. I think this is a combination of our increasing size and the fact that we value consensus as a leadership team. That does;t come without potential downsides, and this may be what you are feeling at times. We are always open to figuring out how we improve and move more quickly.
