      Thanks for sharing your feedback. I agree that being remote-first carries challenges, and we are always looking for ways to build more connection in such an environment. Please share your ideas! I also recognize that while economic realities are difficult, and as we balance being EBITDA positive, I am happy that we were able to offer raises to all of our team members this year, in line with the compensation data we receive from Radford.       Pros

      Great C-suite, very knowledgeable with great acumen for business. Executives do not allow managers to micro-manage their team. Competitive in the market.

      Cons

      Nepotism. If someone knows someone, the company does not know you. Departments have no leadership unless a senior executive is involved in the day to day.

      I wish I didn't work remote. The office is always open but very few go in. I wish a hybrid option was required for locals.

Additionally, I understand there are trade-offs to a remote-first workplace. Perhaps it would be worth reaching out to others local to your area and coordinating days for going into the office. We don’t micro-manage, so hybrid would be optional for most team members, but I think there are additional team members who feel similar to you in wanting to connect in-person with others.
