      Pros

      The management can't be beat. They have built a very open, honest, kind and employee-centered culture. They've really gone above and beyond with the benefits and perks: Great insurance, great 401k match, annual bonus, 12 week paternity leave, motivosity, reimbursement for transit commute, shuttles, nice snacks, team activities, exercise facility, and on and on. They're coming out with new perks all the time. Management is very open as well--they ask your feedback a lot, which is rare. Work life balance is really encouraged here in my experience. Really really. The reputation is that jobs with unlimited PTO policies are the ones where you take the least PTO, but they do it right. Seriously, if you're lucky enough to get a job here take it.

      Cons

      I had to go read other reviews to get ideas about cons. It seems the middle management has a lot of leeway relative to other companies i've been at, which is both good and bad. Also, for data science they're just getting going, so they're behind the game there, but they're putting a lot of resources into it now. It's hard to imagine that the generosity of the company to its employees will be able to last through an IPO, but if anyone is going to do it, they will.

      Pros

      The employee benefits are amazing. The ability to work life balance is praised rather than shunned. The executive leadership is always open to feed back.

      Cons

      I came on board with lesser experience and over the years I have been significantly below my peers with regards to pay (at least according to this website). Fluctuating as much as 20k below this average (with a low sample size so take that for what it is worth).

      Thank you for your comments, and your transparency in sharing your feedback. One of the things that keeps me up at night is better training for our managers, as we have grown incredibly quickly, and management/leadership skill is not innate, it is something that must be practiced and learned. We are working hard to provide real support to our leaders such that all become effective at leading those within their groups. As with most things, this is a work in progress, and we appreciate you keeping us on task with the important issue. Regarding your pay, I would suggest you have a discussion with your manager in a thoughtful, reasonable way. There could be several reasons for the above (including the ones you already mentioned), but you should feel confident in your ability to have an open conversation about this topic with your manager, without fear of he or she taking it the wrong way.       Pros

      What an amazing company! it really lives to its cultural attributes (smart, hardworking, and humble). Everybody here is smart, but willing to teach others, everybody here works hard, but the company encourages to spend time with family, to find a balance between personal lives and work. Everybody here is humble, they welcome you as a newbie with open arms, they show you the ropes, they treat you like family. So blessed to be here! As a working mother I have been able to finally work for a company that allows me to balance my personal life with my job. Thank you for the trust! Great benefits, competitive salaries, snacks and fresh fruit in the break rooms, full gym with personal trainers and different fitness classes, Catalyst for Health challenges (where you and your family are encouraged to have a healthier life style and get rewarded for it). And the best of all: making a difference in the world, helping healthcare providers improve their outcomes, and in result, improve (and save) the lives of countless people.

      Cons

      The commute to get to the office, but they allow you to work from home. They also provide certain amount of reimbursement when you use public transportation and even provide a shuttle from the station to the office. So even this con they turned it into a pro!!
