Thanks for your review. I am glad to hear that we are true to our values of caring for our team members. I agree we have had changes in strategic focus the last few years, reflected by our increased investment in our tech-enabled managed services offering. We are working hard with many leaders to share a clearly defined strategy for 2024, and we will share these strategic priorities as we continue to refine them in our regular all team member meetings, so that each of us, as fellow-owners, can understand and also contribute to the strategy of the company. Thanks for your thoughtful review. I, too, believe that we have the best team members! And I agree that market realities have been difficult lately. However, I believe our tech-enabled managed services offering has incredible potential to help us achieve our mission on a larger scale than we’ve ever seen. As to heroics in our leadership, please share more with your Leadership Team member about what you’re witnessing. I think oftentimes leaders serve as a “human heat shield” to protect team members, which is appropriate. But that can be taken too far, which is when leaders benefit from kind, direct feedback.
