Thank you for your review, for your feedback, and for contributing to our company's success these past 1-2 years in the important technology leadership role of a senior software engineer. Your work directly contributes to the company's ability to achieve its mission. Thanks also for sharing the positives you've experienced thus far at Health Catalyst. I also appreciate your thoughts about improvement opportunities and your advice. I agree that we have opportunity for improvement in how we manage desk assignments, and I do believe we'll take a major step forward as we move into our new building late this year/early next year, as this has been an area of focus for the cross-functional design team. I also agree that with COVID we have had to limit extracurricular activities and gatherings, and generally we can do better here independent of COVID -- this certainly shows up in our scores on the "best friend" question on the Gallup Engagement Surveys (which we'll discuss during today's All Team Member meeting). I also appreciate your perspective about reinstating benefits like the 401(k) match -- we're working on it and we'll provide an update in today's All Team Member meeting as well. We'll also keep thinking of ways even during COVID that we can stay connected to one another -- hopefully today's All Team Member meeting will be one of those helpful connection points.
