I want to emphasize that we continue to strive to follow timeless principles in our approach to this topic as with all other topics and areas. This includes a focus on ensuring that when we post a new position we strive to attract as broad and diverse a pool of talented individuals as possible into the applicant pool. Then, as we go through the interview process for a position, we involve an interview team and we approach the interviews in a consistent manner, all with the objective of extending an offer to the most qualified candidate. We will continue to follow these principles and practices moving forward, with a desire for every team member at Health Catalyst to feel that they have a bright future ahead of them and that they are highly engaged in doing their best work.
