Pros

Hybrid work environment, multiple programs

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, and administration asks you to do immoral things. Focused on money and not the clients or employees

Pros

I wish there were pros to report but there are none.

Cons

The Program Director is not enjoyable to work under at all. She is loud. Passive aggressive. And talks to employees like crap. It’s chaos and disorganization everyday. The Nashville office is completely understaffed and the turn over rate is extremely high. The “training” you receive is an utter fail. The pay is very low and you will not be able to sustain your life if you have children or other responsibilities. They want you to document and turn in paperwork on top of a very hectic and heavy schedule. They don’t care about what is going on in peoples lives and only care about the census and money coming into the office. Don’t trust the staff who work there either. They like to talk about your business and try to sneak and get you fired. This is just an overall terrible place to work.

Do Not Work Here If You’re Not Diverse

Pros

None, none, none, none, none

Cons

5 days ago NEW Former employee here——— clients will go months with hearing nothing from anyone, or when clients call needing immediate assistance and request a call asap, management calls the wrong client and doesn’t seem to care that another client calls worried for the person management meant to leave a message for. The only thing management cares about is the Medicaid revenue…considering some clients are getting free day to day treatment I can understand if someone’s Medicaid policy doesn’t pay that month to offset that cost. Myself being Jewish, I was told I wasn’t allowed to leave the office until the office was decorated for Christmas, and me thinking that was a joke, management looks over at another employee asking if “I” heard her correctly when she said I wasn’t allowed to leave the office until Christmas decorations were up. And then proceeds to disrespect the choices in decorations I was forced to go pick out. I’m sorry, I have never decorated for a holiday I unfortunately do not celebrate and never been told I had too. Religious persecution was all I was hearing and the audacity to show how controlling and disrespectful management can be is outright disgraceful. They preach about cultural diversity yet the office itself doesn’t make for a comfortable environment for anyone different than the majority. Please, PLEASE reconsider this office!!
