Unrealistic expectations set by corporate. If something goes wrong such as project setback, there’s no ownership to issues or problems especially if it came from senior leadership and higher ups.

Flexible schedule..the only pro there is.

Cons

Consider yourself desperate and insane if you apply here. Accusatory attitudes from the office all the time. Entirely too much paperwork and charting. VERY LOW PAY. Not nearly enough travel allowance if they even decide to give it to you. Very political throughout the office.
