Experience working with client types, Flexible Hours.

Cons

Extremely low pay. EXTREMELY. No compensation for miles traveled like at other agencies. If you have a Masters this is not the place for you as you receive no compensation for your non billable hours like a bachelors level will. They talk a very nice game at interviews however, their lack of competitive pay for the time you put in becomes clear very quickly. Masters level employees make 24000 a year. Bachelors make 20000.

Working with youth and families. Building relationships in the communities

Cons

Unrealistic work life balance. Preferential treatment for certain employees. No real training! All training is completed online. Focuses on budget for each office rather than motivating employees. Notes not turned in by Saturday at 12am will not get paid for those notes or paid mileage! Expect you to constantly work without any support from management. I’ve had to work holidays due to families work schedules and this was not reflected in my pay nor was it ever mentioned by management.
