      Pros

      This was my first time working for a company of this size(>100), but the experience has been great since I started. The CEO and management are readily open and available for feedback and opinions from all employees The company is doing well and continues to grow so the work environment feels even more secure then it already did. The overall outlook of the company is great.

      Cons

      Add a 401K match to take benefits to the next level. With retirement cost as high as they are these days this would go a long way! You will also get much higher adopting rate by doing so. Greater flexibility and availability to work from home for those employees where it makes sense. This is a standard benefit at most smaller companies and would increase employee moral even more.

      I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. HR/ The company is TOXIC. The company does not really care about you. They only want you to think they do. You can expect to be overworked. Acknowledgement of a job well done is rare. Only work here if you want to give up your life.
