Pros

Executive management sincerely cares about the opinions and concerns of all employees. They are transparent and regularly communicate with all employees regarding team progress, goals, and updates. The positive team culture encourages teamwork and employee engagement. The people here are amazing to work with. Health Fidelity also offers the best work/life balance that I've ever encountered.

Cons

Currently understaffed in some areas but we are looking to hire talented people that will certainly be positive additions to the company and help grow the company.

*Employees are given autonomy to do their jobs *The work you do is recognized and you can see the impact quickly *Very flexible work schedule *Strong leadership

Cons

*Small company and so you wear many hats--you do much more than the narrow job description - I like this, some people do not *Not as structured as established companies with long histories -- we are still building our processes, which can be exciting, but not for everybody

Flexible work environment offers a good work/life balance. Discretionary time off was nice (no set bank of time off).

Cons

Team silos, very poor top down communications to staff, senior management is slow to make decisions which impacts market growth.
